Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HAPI MCP Stack and related services provided by La Rebelion Labs (“La Rebelion Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), available at https://mcp.com.ai (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are​

La Rebelion Labs builds developer-first tooling focused on APIs, AI, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including:

  • HAPI MCP Server
  • HAPI MCP CLI and tooling
  • Managed, self-hosted, and air-gapped deployments

2. Eligibility​

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The Service​

The HAPI MCP Stack enables you to:

  • Expose APIs as MCP-compatible tools
  • Run MCP servers locally, on-premise, or in the cloud
  • Integrate AI agents with existing systems without re-engineering them

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

4. Accounts and Access​

Some features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity performed under your account
  • Ensuring your usage complies with applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service

You are responsible for how you use MCP servers, APIs, and agents built with the Service.

6. Your Data & Responsibilities​

You retain full ownership of:

  • Your APIs
  • Your MCP servers
  • Your prompts, payloads, and tool executions
  • Any data processed through your deployments

You are responsible for:

  • The data you expose via MCP
  • Configuring logging, retention, and security appropriately
  • Compliance with laws applicable to your use case (e.g. regulated data)

7. Privacy, Cookies, and Analytics​

Our data practices are described in our:

We use cookies or similar technologies only to:

  • Ensure essential functionality
  • Improve reliability and performance
  • Understand high-level usage patterns

By using the Service, you agree to the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Self-Hosted and Air-Gapped Deployments​

For self-hosted, on-premise, or air-gapped deployments:

  • La Rebelion Labs has no access to your runtime data
  • All data remains under your control
  • You are responsible for securing and operating the deployment

The Service is provided “as-is” in these environments.

9. Intellectual Property​

We retain all rights to:

  • The HAPI MCP Stack
  • Software, documentation, and branding
  • Updates and improvements

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to your own content and systems.

10. Third-Party Services​

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. cloud providers, identity providers).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party services
  • Their availability, security, or terms
  • Data handled entirely by third parties

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Availability & No Warranty​

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • It will meet all your requirements
  • It will be compatible with all environments

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

La Rebelion Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Issues caused by misuse or misconfiguration of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the previous 12 months.

13. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Rebelion Labs from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your MCP servers, APIs, or agents
  • Violations of these Terms or applicable law

14. Termination​

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Required by law
  • The Service is discontinued

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that should survive.

15. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do:

  • The “Last updated” date will change
  • Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms

16. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which La Rebelion Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
