These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, software, platforms, services, documentation, communities, and related offerings operated by La Rebelion Labs (“La Rebelion Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to La Rebelion Labs and its related projects, including:

1. Who We Are
La Rebelion Labs builds developer-first and AI-first tools focused on:
- APIs
- AI agents
- MCP infrastructure
- developer experience
- automation
- agent orchestration
- self-hosted and cloud-native systems
- community education and technical content
Our goal is simple:
Help developers, builders, and organizations understand, build, and operate the next generation of AI infrastructure with more control, clarity, and trust.
2. Covered Services
These Terms apply to all La Rebelion Labs Services, including but not limited to:
La Rebelion Labs
Educational content, technical articles, community resources, memberships, labs, examples, templates, courses, and related materials.
HAPI MCP Stack
Developer tooling for exposing APIs as MCP-compatible tools, running MCP servers, integrating AI agents with systems, and supporting local, cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped deployments.
My Clawster
A platform and enterprise portal for managing agent infrastructure, configurations, plug-ins, offers, workflows, runtimes, and related operational capabilities.
Clawne Me
A user-facing AI assistant and automation experience designed to help users interact with agents, workflows, tools, and connected systems through simplified interfaces.
Related Projects
Additional tools, APIs, CLIs, SDKs, plug-ins, templates, Skills, documentation, community resources, and experiments released under the La Rebelion Labs umbrella.
We may update, modify, rename, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that:
- You are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization
- The organization agrees to be bound by these Terms
- You will ensure that all users under your organization comply with these Terms
4. Accounts and Access
Some Services may require an account, membership, subscription, invite, license, or approved access.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity performed under your account
- Keeping your account information accurate
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Not sharing private, member-only, or licensed materials outside authorized access
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Community Memberships and Private Access
Some La Rebelion Labs materials may be available only to approved users, subscribers, community members, commercial customers, or partners.
This may include:
- Private repositories
- Source-available software
- Premium labs
- Templates
- Technical guides
- Plug-ins
- Skills
- Agent workflows
- Deployment patterns
- Enterprise examples
- Community-only content
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to private or member-only materials does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, publish, mirror, or share those materials outside authorized channels.
Membership access is a right to access and use the materials under the applicable terms. It is not a transfer of ownership.
6. Software Licenses
Some software provided by La Rebelion Labs may be released under specific licenses.
Depending on the project, software may be provided under:
- Apache License 2.0
- MIT License
- La Rebelion Labs Community License
- La Rebelion Labs Commercial License
- Proprietary or SaaS-specific terms
- Other license terms included with the specific software
If a repository, package, product, or file includes its own license, that license controls your rights for that specific software.
If no license is provided, you should assume the software is proprietary and may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
- Distribute malware, harmful code, or abusive automation
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, models, data, or infrastructure
- Abuse, overload, scrape, attack, or interfere with the Services
- Circumvent licensing, membership, payment, access, rate limits, or usage restrictions
- Use the Services to build systems that intentionally harm, deceive, exploit, or unlawfully surveil others
- Misrepresent your affiliation with La Rebelion Labs
- Resell or redistribute protected materials without authorization
You are responsible for how you use APIs, MCP servers, agents, tools, automations, prompts, workflows, plug-ins, and connected systems built with or through the Services.
8. AI, Agents, APIs, and Automation
Some Services may help you create, configure, operate, or connect:
- AI agents
- MCP servers
- API tools
- workflows
- Skills
- plug-ins
- automations
- third-party integrations
- enterprise systems
You are responsible for:
- The data you expose to agents or tools
- The APIs and systems you connect
- The permissions you grant
- The actions performed by your agents, workflows, or automations
- Reviewing outputs before relying on them
- Ensuring your use complies with laws, contracts, policies, and internal security requirements
AI and automation systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or unexpected outputs. You should use appropriate review, testing, monitoring, and access controls.
9. Your Data and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of your own:
- APIs
- MCP servers
- prompts
- payloads
- files
- tool executions
- configurations
- workflows
- business data
- connected systems
- content you provide to the Services
You are responsible for:
- The data you submit, expose, upload, connect, or process
- Configuring logging, retention, security, and access controls
- Complying with laws applicable to your use case
- Avoiding disclosure of secrets, credentials, regulated data, or confidential information unless you have appropriate safeguards in place
10. Privacy, Cookies, and Analytics
Our data practices are described in our:

- Essential functionality
- Security
- Reliability
- Performance
- High-level usage insights
We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site profiling.
By using the Services, you agree to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Self-Hosted, Local, On-Premise, and Air-Gapped Deployments
Some Services may support local, self-hosted, on-premise, or air-gapped deployments.
For those deployments:
- La Rebelion Labs may have no access to your runtime data
- Your data remains under your control
- You are responsible for securing and operating the deployment
- You are responsible for access controls, logs, secrets, backups, monitoring, compliance, and updates
- The deployment is provided “as is” unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, tools, APIs, models, identity providers, payment processors, cloud providers, communication channels, or infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party services
- Their availability, pricing, performance, security, or terms
- Data handled entirely by third parties
- Changes made by third-party providers
- Third-party model outputs, API behavior, or platform policies
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
13. Payments, Subscriptions, and Commercial Access
Some Services may require payment, subscription, membership, license, or commercial agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are due according to the applicable checkout, order form, invoice, or subscription terms
- Access may be suspended for non-payment
- Paid access does not transfer ownership of software, content, or intellectual property
- Commercial use may require a separate commercial license or agreement
- Fees may change with notice where required by applicable law
If a product uses usage-based pricing, model pass-through costs, credits, seats, runtime limits, agents, executions, workflows, or other usage metrics, those details will be described in the applicable product page, order form, or commercial agreement.
14. Intellectual Property
La Rebelion Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in:
- The Services
- Software
- Source code
- Documentation
- Logos
- Branding
- Designs
- Workflows
- Templates
- Plug-ins
- Skills
- Content
- Product names
- Improvements
- Roadmaps
- Related intellectual property
You are granted only the limited rights necessary to use the Services according to these Terms and any applicable license.
You retain ownership of your own content, data, APIs, systems, and materials.
15. Feedback and Contributions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, improvements, examples, or other contributions, you grant La Rebelion Labs permission to use, modify, publish, distribute, and incorporate them without obligation or compensation, unless we have a separate written agreement.
Code contributions may be subject to additional contribution terms, repository licenses, or contributor agreements.
16. No Professional Advice
Content provided through the Services may include technical, architectural, business, educational, or strategic information.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, the Services do not provide legal, financial, security, compliance, tax, or professional advice.
You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
17. Availability and Changes
The Services are provided on an evolving basis.
We may:
- Update features
- Add or remove capabilities
- Modify documentation
- Change product names
- Introduce new pricing or plans
- Discontinue experiments or previews
- Suspend or limit access for security, legal, operational, or business reasons
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in all environments.
18. No Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LA REBELION LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND PERFORMANCE.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will meet your requirements
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI outputs will be accurate or safe
- Integrations will remain compatible
- Third-party platforms will continue supporting the same behavior
- Self-hosted deployments will work in every environment
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LA REBELION LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or expected savings
- Security incidents caused by misconfiguration or misuse
- Failures of third-party services
- AI-generated errors or outputs
- Issues caused by your agents, APIs, workflows, automations, deployments, or connected systems
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to La Rebelion Labs for the applicable Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Rebelion Labs from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content, data, APIs, agents, workflows, automations, or deployments
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Your misuse or misconfiguration of the Services
21. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate an applicable license
- You misuse the Services
- Payment is not completed
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued access creates security, legal, operational, or business risk
- A Service is discontinued
Upon termination, your rights to access the affected Services end immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing terms.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do:
- We will update the “Last updated” date
- Material changes may be communicated when appropriate
- Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which La Rebelion Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a separate commercial agreement or order form specifies different governing law or dispute terms, that agreement controls for the covered Services.
