Privacy at a Glance

La Rebelion Labs is built with a simple principle:

Your data is yours. We only touch what is necessary.

This page is a plain-English summary of how privacy works across:

For full legal details, read our Privacy Policy.

TL;DR

  • We do not sell your data
  • We do not train AI models on your data by default
  • MCP, API, agent, and tool payloads are ephemeral by default
  • Self-hosted, local, on-premise, and air-gapped deployments keep control with you
  • We use minimal cookies for functionality, security, performance, and high-level usage insights
  • We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site profiling
  • You control what systems, APIs, tools, agents, files, and workflows you connect
  • Using the platform means you agree to these practices

What Data We Collect

We collect only what we need to run, secure, support, and improve the Services.

This may include:

  • Account information, such as name, email, username, or organization
  • Membership, subscription, license, or billing status
  • Basic technical metadata, such as IP address, browser, runtime, timestamps, and errors
  • Support requests, feedback, or communications
  • Configuration or workflow data you intentionally provide to hosted Services

We do not collect by default:

  • MCP prompts
  • MCP tool payloads
  • API business data
  • Customer secrets
  • Credentials
  • Agent execution content
  • Model training data from your usage

MCP, API, Agent, and Tooling Data

By default:

  • MCP requests are processed only as needed to provide the requested functionality
  • Prompts and tool payloads are not stored by default
  • MCP data is not used for AI model training by default
  • API business data remains yours
  • Connected systems remain under your control

Optional and configurable features may include:

  • Logging
  • Tracing
  • Observability
  • Debugging
  • Usage analytics
  • A/B testing
  • Enterprise monitoring

You decide what to enable based on your deployment and product configuration.

What We Never Do

  • ❌ Sell your personal data
  • ❌ Train AI models on your customer data by default
  • ❌ Inspect MCP payloads without a product reason, configuration, or your consent
  • ❌ Force cloud connectivity for self-hosted or air-gapped deployments when the product supports offline operation
  • ❌ Require invasive tracking for normal use
  • ❌ Use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site profiling

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies or similar technologies only for:

  • Essential functionality
  • Authentication
  • Security
  • Session management
  • Preferences
  • Reliability
  • Performance
  • High-level usage insights

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Some essential features may not work correctly without essential cookies.

Third-Party Services

Some features may connect to third-party providers, such as:

  • AI model providers
  • Cloud providers
  • Identity providers
  • Payment processors
  • Communication channels
  • Git providers
  • API platforms
  • Observability tools

When you connect a third-party service, that provider may process data under its own terms and privacy policy.

You should review third-party policies before connecting sensitive systems.
